Cocoa Fudge Frosting
Cocoa Fudge Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. cocoa, 3 2/3 c. (1 lb. box) confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. minus 1 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan over medium heat.
Add cocoa; heat just until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly.
Pour into a small mixer bowl.
Alternately add confectioners sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
Spread frosting while warm.
Fills and frosts an 8 or 9-inch layer cake.
