Cocoa Fudge Brownies

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir flour and cocoa together; set aside.
In saucepan, melt margarine and shortening.

Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
