Cocoa Fudge
Cocoa Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. hershey's cocoa, 3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. light corn syrup and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine cocoa with sugar, salt and syrup.
Stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Cook to 232° or until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water, stirring several times during the cooking process.
Remove from heat; drop in butter.
Cool to lukewarm (110°).
Add vanilla and beat until mixture thickens and loses its shiny appearance.
