Cocoa Fudge
Cocoa Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. cocoa, c. sweetened condensed milk, mixed with sweet milk (about 1 c. sweetened condensed and 1/2 c. sweet milk), c. (1/2 stick) butter and . vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Butter pan and set aside.
Stir together cocoa, sugar, salt and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
Let boil (do not stir) until soft ball stage (forms a ball when dropped in cold water). Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter but do not stir.
Cool to lukewarm and then stir until fudge starts to thicken.
Spread into buttered pan.
