Cocoa Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted, 3 tbsp. evaporated milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add cocoa; heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
