Cocoa Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook over medium heat. Boil 2 to 3 minutes.
