Cocoa Cola Cake
Cocoa Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 1/2 c. cola beverage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine flour and sugar in a 2 1/2-quart bowl; set aside. Combine butter, cocoa and cola in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir cola mixture into flour and sugar.
Add buttermilk, egg, soda, vanilla and marshmallows; beat well.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spread marshmallows evenly in batter.
Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes; rotate dish 1/4 turn at 2-minute intervals.
Frost cake while hot with Chocolate Cola Frosting.
