Cocoa Cinnamon Pound Cake
Cocoa Cinnamon Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 3 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream butter until light and fluffy.
Add sugar gradually, creaming well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Mix in separate bowl flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon. Alternate milk and dry ingredients, beating just to blend.
Add vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 3-quart Bundt pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool for 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
