Coca-Cola Cake
Coca-Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 c. coca-cola classic, 1/3 c. butter or margarine and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift sugar and flour into mixing bowl. In saucepan, blend Coca-Cola, butter, shortening and cocoa; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add to flour mixture.
Add eggs and beat with mixer until blended.
Add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla and marshmallows.
Mix well.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 40 minutes.
Spread frosting on warm cake.
