Coca-Cola Cake
Coca-Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) bottle coca-cola, 1 stick margarine, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 c. salad oil and 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix 1 cup Coca-Cola, margarine, cocoa and salad oil in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reserve remaining Coca-Cola for icing. Add marshmallows.
Stir until melted.
Sift flour and sugar together.
Pour cocoa mixture over flour mixture.
Blend in buttermilk, eggs and vanilla well.
Do not use a mixer.
Pour into a 12 x 8-inch pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Yield: 24 servings.
