Coca-Cola Cake

Mix together first 5 ingredients and bring to boil.
Pour mixture over flour and sugar.
Mix well.
Add to mixture the soda dissolved in buttermilk; add eggs and vanilla.
Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
