Blend together flour and sugar.
Melt margarine; add Coca-Cola, oil, cocoa and marshmallows in saucepan over low heat. Stir until marshmallows are melted.
Add to flour and sugar mixture.

Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
