Coca-Cola Cake
Coca-Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. margarine and 1/4 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, flour and soda. In a saucepan, bring margarine, shortening, Coca-Cola and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in marshmallows until almost dissolved. Add to dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs and buttermilk. Do not overbeat. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes. When cool, top with icing.
