Crush Oreo cookies in a Baggie.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt butter and pour over cookies.
Mix milk, pudding and cream cheese.
Pour over cookies.
Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Crush a few cookies and sprinkle on top for decoration or use chocolate sprinkles.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight or 6 to 8 hours.
