Club Chicken
Club Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (i.e. bouillon and water), large can (1 2/3 c.) evaporated milk and 1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt (as needed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour and gradually add milk and broth.
Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
Add salt, chicken, rice and vegetables.
Pour into greased 2-quart 7 1/2 x 11-inch dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
