Cloverleaf Rolls
Cloverleaf Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. cold water, 2 pkg. yeast, 2 well beaten eggs and 7 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour boiling water over shortening.
When melted, add cold water and salt.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add eggs, sugar and flour; mix well.
Put into large greased bowl.
Cover with wax paper and towel.
Refrigerate.
Put rolls into greased muffin tin and let rise for 2 1/2 to 3 hours before baking.
Bake to golden brown at 375Β°.
This dough will keep for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
