Cloud Biscuits
Cloud Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. all-purpose flour, 10 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. baking powder, 1 tbsp. and 2 tsp. salt and 2 lb. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Combine eggs and milk.
Add to flour mixture.
Mix just to blend.
Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead gently for 20 turns.
Roll or pat to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with 3-inch biscuit cutter.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 450Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 100 biscuits.
