Clear Grape Jelly
Clear Grape Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (6 oz.) cans grape juice, frozen, 6 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. water and 1 bottle fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Thaw grape juice.
Combine the sugar and water in an 8 quart kettle and bring to a full rolling boil.
Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from and stir in the fruit pectin and the grape juice.
Sterilized jelly glasses and seal with paraffin.
