Clay's Hot Fudge Sauce
Clay'S Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In double boiler, melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Blend in milk, vanilla and salt. Stir until thickened.
Put in jar with lid and keep in refrigerator.
Reheat in microwave or sit jar in hot water.
Keeps 2 to 3 weeks, if it lasts that long!
