Classic Pecan Pie
Classic Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. light or dark corn syrup, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
If desired, serve with whipped cream.
