Classic Peanut Butter Pie
Classic Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 1 can eagle brand milk and 4 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In small bowl, cut peanut butter into powdered sugar until crumbly.
Sprinkle into prepared crust (reserve small amount for topping).
In medium saucepan, combine Eagle Brand milk, egg yolks, water and pudding mix.
Over medium heat, cook until thickened.
Cool 15 minutes.
Beat in sour cream.
Spoon into shell.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Refrigerate leftovers.
