Classic Lasagna
Classic Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. ricotta cheese, 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Brown beef, stirring to separate meat.
Pour off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
In each of two (11 x 7 x 1-inch) baking dishes, layer 1 cup spaghetti sauce mixture, 2 noodles and 1 1/4 cups cheese mixture.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining noodles, spaghetti sauce mixture and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
