Classic Jalapeño Dip
Classic Jalapeño Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mayo, 1 c. shredded parmesan cheese, not grated, 1 (10 to 12 oz.) can artichoke hearts, not marinated and 3 or 4 jalapeño peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In food processor, mince artichoke hearts, also jalapeño peppers.
Combine all ingredients in ovenproof bowl; mix, then smooth top of mixture.
Bake, uncovered, until edges are brown at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve with blue corn chips.
