Classic French Toast
Classic French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat skillet or griddle to 350Β°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except French bread slices.
Beat well.
Lightly grease heated skillet.
Dip bread in half and half mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Cook in skillet over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
If desire, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
