Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Butter and flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Combine flour and sugar.
Combine butter, cocoa and Coke.
Add to flour and sugar mixture, stirring well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Fold in marshmallows.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost while warm.
