Clara'S Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 6 c. corn flakes, crushed, 1 c. nuts, chopped, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Fold in chopped nuts and Corn Flakes; mix.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300Β° until light brown, 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove while hot and cool on paper towel.
