Clam Dip
Clam Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans minced or chopped clams, grated parmesan cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. olive oil or 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 2 c. flavored bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat eggs and add oil and cheese.
Mix in clams (do not drain).
Stir in bread crumbs until oatmeal mixture.
Chill.
Add extra spices if desired to taste (parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper).
