Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped celery, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 c. skim milk, 1 tsp. butter buds (powder) and 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped clams, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Simmer chopped onion and celery in microwave in the milk and 1 teaspoon Butter Buds until vegetables are soft.
Add clams and potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are done.
Thicken with instant mashed potatoes.,
Add no salt; celery has all that's needed for flavor.
