Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. onion, cut up, 1 c. celery, 2 c. potatoes, cubed, 2 cans clams and few grains pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain juice from clams.
Pour over vegetables in saucepan. Put enough water to cover vegetables.
Simmer on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Melt butter in large pan.
Add flour and half and half.
Stir with wire whip.
Keep mixing, about 15 minutes, until thick, then add vegetables to it.
