Citrus Sherbet Ring
Citrus Sherbet Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large grapefruit, peeled and sectioned (save juice), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored jell-o, 1/2 pt. (1 c.) lime sherbet and 2 tbsp. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel and section grapefruit.
Reserve juices.
Set aside. Add enough water to reserved juice to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add gelatin.
Cook and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in sherbet.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in grapefruit sections and pecans.
Turn into 3-cup ring mold.
Chill until firmly set.
