Citrus Sherbet
Citrus Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 3 citrus fruits (2 lemons and 1 lime or 1 lemon, 1 lime and 1 orange) rind (zest) and juice, 1 1/3 c. sugar and 1 qt. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grate rind and squeeze juice.
Mix sugar into it and then add skim milk.
Freeze in a 9 x 13-inch pan until crystallized (2 to 3 hours).
Mix with a beater.
Put in Tupperware bowl for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve.
(If you use more than one lime, be sure to add more sugar.)
