Circus Peanut Salad
Circus Peanut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 to 14 circus peanut candies, 2 (3 oz.) boxes orange jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice) and 2 c. cool whip (16 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Melt candy and gelatin in hot water.
Cut candy into 3 or 4 pieces each before doing this to make it easier to melt it.
Add pineapple juice and cold water to make 2 cups.
Allow to partially set.
Add pineapple, Cool Whip, celery, nuts and cherries.
Return to refrigerator until firm.
Serves 6 to 8.
