Cinnamon Zucchini Cake
Cinnamon Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. oil, 3 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to egg mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts, raisins and zucchini.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Can be made into cupcakes (2 dozen).
Can also be put into bread pans or divided and baked into any of these.
