Cinnamon Sweet Rolls
Cinnamon Sweet Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 2 1/2 c. warm water, 1 pkg. duncan hines yellow cake mix (don't use one with pudding), 5 to 5 1/2 c. gold medal flour and 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
Add cake mix and enough flour to make a soft dough.
Put on lightly floured surface and knead 3 to 5 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turning enough to grease top of dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.
Punch down dough.
Place on floured surface.
Roll to desired thickness.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
Roll like jelly roll.
Cut in 1-inch slices and place in lightly greased pan.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
Bake in 350Β° oven until golden brown.
