Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cake yeast, 2 tsp. salt, 1 medium size potato, 1 tbsp. shortening and 2 1/2 c. water (including potato water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mash potato; add salt, yeast, shortening, water and sugar until dissolved.
Add to flour; knead.
Shape into ball.
Cover with cloth.
Let rise double size.
Punch down.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar; mix and let rise again.
Roll out dough and spread with butter, white sugar, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
Roll up; cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place in pan.
Let rise.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
