Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 3/4 c. flour, 1 c. scalded milk, 3/4 c. oleo, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour hot milk over butter. Add sugar and salt; stir well. Crumble yeast in warm water.

Let set.

When milk is cool, add yeast and beaten eggs. Slowly add flour (not necessary to use all the flour).

Knead until smooth.

Let rise double in size.

Knead down and roll out. Spread with butter (oleo). Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll and slice; let rise. Bake at 375Β° until brown, about 15 minutes.
