Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. warm water, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 regular size box yellow cake mix, 4 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve in warm water; add cake mix, salt and enough flour so you can handle the dough.
Knead then put in pan to rise.
Double in size, punch down and divide in half.
Roll out, then put cinnamon, brown sugar, oleo, nuts and raisins on dough.
Up jelly roll fashion.
Cut in 1/2-inch slices. Have ready 2 (9 x 12-inch pans).
Have oleo and in bottom of pan.
Place rolls on top.
Let rise and bake at 350Β° about 20 minutes.
May be put in refrigerator and baked next day. Be sure and let rise.
Will take a little longer to bake.
A powdered sugar and water glaze can be put over top if you wish. Very good.
