Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 c. pecan pieces, 1/2 c. raisins, cinnamon, 2 loaves frozen bread and 1 large box vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

Sprinkle pecans and raisins in pan to cover bottom.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Cut 2 loaves of frozen bread into 6 pieces (each loaf).

Place on top of pecans and raisins.

Sprinkle bread with cinnamon.

Mix pudding mix, brown sugar, butter and milk.

Pour over top of bread.

Preheat oven to 200° and turn off.

Place pan in oven over pan of warm water for 1 1/2 hours or until raised.

Remove from oven.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove and brush with butter. Turn pan over and let stand until cool.

Great warmed in microwave for 30 seconds for each roll.
