Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cakes yeast, 1 c. warm milk, 2/3 c. crisco oil, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add milk gradually until yeast is dissolved. Add sugar, shortening and eggs. and salt gradually to mixture until you can knead dough.
Stand in a warm place to rise double out to 1/4-inch; spread with melted oleo.
Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and ground nuts.
Roll and cut.
Let rise until light. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350Β°.
