Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 pkg. yeast and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, eggs and sour cream.
Add yeast mixture.
Blend well.
Divide dough into 2 pieces.
Roll each part to 1/4-inch thickness as for jelly roll.
Spread with layer of soft butter or margarine.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Roll as for jelly roll.
With sharp floured knife, cut into 2-inch slices.
Place on greased pan and allow to rise until light or doubled in bulk.
Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes.
May be sliced to 1-inch if smaller rolls are desired.
