Cinnamon Puffs

Combine flour, baking powder, 1 cup sugar and 3 teaspoons cinnamon.
Add margarine, shortening and egg yolk.
Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll in 2/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon, combined.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
