Cinnamon Pinwheel Cookies
Cinnamon Pinwheel Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lard, 6 c. flour, 1/2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 large can condensed cream and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a bowl, make a well with flour.
Then place yeast and cream.
Beat in eggs and pinch of salt.
Mix all together by hand. Cover dough and refrigerate 1 hour.
Take out 1/4 of batter; leave rest in refrigerator.
Roll dough into circle.
Pat with melted butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll up into a tight jelly roll.
Continue until dough is used up.
Keep rolls in refrigerator until done.
Sprinkle sugar on cutting board.
Place rolls on board and slice them around 1/4-inch thick and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° to 375° for approximately 15 minutes.
