Cinnamon-Nut Bubble Bread
Cinnamon-Nut Bubble Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. commercial sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 tsp. salt and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, yeast and salt.
Mix well. Add eggs, 1/2 cup butter and 2 1/4 cups flour.
Beat until mixture is smooth.
Add remaining flour, mix well.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface.
Knead until dough is smooth and elastic, 5 to 8 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85Β°) free from drafts, 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
