Cinnamon Fingers
Cinnamon Fingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 loaf white sandwich bread, cinnamon and white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut crusts from bread; roll very flat.
Cream the cream cheese with 1/2 cup white sugar.
Spoon onto bread; roll from corner (like jelly roll).
Dip into melted butter; roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture (coat well).
Bake in 375Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Done when sugar around edges begins to "candy." Remove while hot; place on wax paper to cool.
