Cinnamon Delights
Cinnamon Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 loaves white bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together first four ingredients until creamy.
Trim edges off bread (spare bread works best).
Spread cream cheese mixture on bread.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Brush with melted margarine.
Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
The "pastries" may be placed on a cookie sheet until frozen and stored in a Ziploc bag. When ready to use, no need to thaw.
