Cinnamon Date Rolls
Cinnamon Date Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 5 1/2 c. flour, divided, 1 1/2 c. sugar, divided, 2 pkg. rapid rise yeast, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, yeast and salt.
Heat water, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup butter until very warm (125° to 130°).
Stir into dry ingredients.
Mix in eggs and enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes.
Cover.
Let rest 10 minutes.
