Cinnamon Cookies
Cinnamon Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 eggs and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream butter.
Gradually add sugars, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; stir well.
Add to creamed mixture, beating well.
Stir in nuts.
Shape dough into two 10-inch rolls.
Wrap in wax paper and chill at least 8 hours.
Unwrap rolls and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cool on wire rack.
Makes 6 1/2 dozen.
