Cinnamon Bubbly Rolls

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag.
Cut biscuits into quarters, put them in the bag, and shake well to coat.
Spray a large tube pan with cooking spray.
Put a couple of small pieces of butter around, then sprinkle with nuts.
Pile biscuits pieces into the pan.
Meanwhile, mix butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over biscuits and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or so.
Put a large serving platter over the pan and invert the biscuits to serve.
