Cinnamon And Sugar Snacks is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 pkg flour tortillas and non-stick cooking spray, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In small bowl or plastic bag, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Cut each tortilla into 6 or 8 wedges.
Place wedges in single layer on cookie sheets then spray wedges with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake 5 - 7 minutes or until wedges are light brown and crisp.
Cool on wire rack.
Store in covered container or plastic bag.
