Cindy's Dumplings
Cindy'S Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 1-1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 c. salt, 3 tbsp. shortening and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Measure Flour, Baking Powder and Salt into a bowl.
Cut in Shortening thoroughly, until mixture looks like meal.
Stir in Milk.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto hot meat or vegetables in boiling stew.
(Do not drop directly into liquid.)
Cooked uncovered 10 minutes.
Cover and cook about 10 minutes longer or until dumplings are fluffy.
Makes 8 - 10 dumplings.
